Professional Care Services
Feinberg Consulting provides residential/community assessments for development of a care plan providing safety, health education and monitoring of a resident’s health risk (risks to include, but not limited to: depression, poly-pharmacy, falls, CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s or other dementias, and Alcohol and Drug use).
Families can invest a minimum amount of money for their loved ones safety and security. Our program for your aging loved one offers peace of mind and a support system, you can rely on.
Senior communities and other types of communities can also provide a sense of security for families.
Comprehensive Care Management services are also available for more intensive care needs to include discharge planning, coordination of care, resources, care planning, medication compliance, and rehabilitation needs related to health risks.
