MEDICAL RECORD REVIEW

 

Feinberg Consulting Case Managers are experienced with review and compilation of medical records when there is a question as to further care and treatment that may be needed for the optimal functional outcome.  The medical record review may be necessary to achieve an improved outcome for an individual’s care and treatment.  The medical record review will be summarized with recommendations.  Additionally, per request, a comparison can be provided of providers, equipment, and housing to determine reasonable costs associated with the care and treatment.
