Feinberg Consulting will review and summarize provider billing, as well as research reasonable costs to compare with provider’s billing.  Research and cost comparisons will be based on CPT codes of like products and services in the same geographical area to determine reasonable charges.  A report and expert testimony of those reasonable charges may be utilized when a discrepancy of costs associated with provider’s treatment are determined.
