Our professional team possesses extensive knowledge, continuing education and years of experience in their fields to advocate for each client and coordinate all appropriate, cost-effective services.

Founder and CEO…

In 1996, Pam Feinberg-Rivkin founded a Care Management firm in Michigan for individuals who sustained catastrophic illnesses that later expanded to include services for people with special health care issues related to aging, injuries, and developmental, acquired or mental health disabilities. As a Registered Nurse since 1977, with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Certified Case Manager, Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, and Senior Disability Analyst, as well as Florida Qualified Rehabilitation Provider, Pam has vast health care experience that covers aging/geriatric needs, acquired, developmental and mental health disabilities, rehabilitation nursing, ICU, med-surgical, renal dialysis, multiple trauma, auto-no fault, workers compensation, Medicare set-aside, and utilization review.

Effective October 1, 2009, Pam developed a mentorship/educational program to provide Care Management training and education for Registered Nurses and Social Workers to further enhance the Care Management profession and ensure the highest quality of Care Management services. In addition to providing direct Care Management, she has provided ongoing mentorship and education to over 50 nurses and social workers. Additionally, Pam began providing Care/Case Management services in Ohio and Florida to include continued mentorship and education to nurses and social workers in those states.

Pam holds a current nursing license in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida, and California.
